About Naruboru Fan Stories
Naruboru Fan Stories is an unofficial fan site where NARUTO · BORUTO fans share how they became fans. Unlike analysis or news, this site gathers real first-hand stories from fans, available in 8 languages.
"I want to know the real story of how today's NARUTO/BORUTO fans discovered the series — from first encounter to full obsession. And I want to collect those stories."
One day I wrote that thought on X, and it got more resonance than I expected. So I decided to actually collect them. That's why I built this site.

Why "first encounter" stories?
I have my own story with NARUTO — a time the series really meant a lot to me. Maybe that's why I found myself genuinely curious: what was it like for everyone else?
Reading the stories that have come in, I find things like someone flipping on the TV in their new apartment and catching BORUTO's first episode by chance, or someone borrowing volume 6 from a friend and finding it so good they ran out to buy the latest volume. Every situation is different, but each story makes you think "oh, so that's how it happened for them" — you just keep reading.
Every story has a context that belongs only to that person.
Why 8 languages?
NARUTO and BORUTO have fans all over the world. But there's surprisingly no place where you can read those personal moments — "I cried at that scene," "that's when I got hooked" — all gathered together.
This site is a space to collect those real stories. Submissions are translated and published in 8 languages, so a story from a fan in Japan can reach a fan in Brazil, and a story from Korea can be read in Japanese.
In 2027, two milestones arrive at once
The NARUTO anime turns 25 and the BORUTO anime turns 10 — both in the same year.
As a fellow fan, I want to build excitement together with everyone toward those dates. But they're not the finish line — the goal is a place where fan stories keep accumulating long after 2027.
Whether you've been thinking "I wish someone would read my story" or "mine probably isn't that interesting" — please consider sharing it.
